Shipping & returns


We do our best to make sure that all orders placed on weekdays before 4PM go out the same day, and sometimes we’re able to get them out same day after 4PM. We currently ship USPS Priority, or Fedex Ground. If you have a preference for shipping service, please specify in your order notes. All orders placed after 4PM on a Friday will ship out the following Monday.

•We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that occur as the result of carrier error, incorrect information provided by the customer, or theft.



We do our best to avoid returns, so if you're unsure about any aspect of a product whether it be the fit of a specific shoe, or the shape of a board, please contact us by phone or email prior to ordering and we'd be happy to answer any and all questions you might have.  If a return is necessary, please contact us via email referencing the order number in the subject line to obtain a return authorization.  Any return requests must be made no later than 10 days after receiving your order.  Customers are responsible for return shipping, and if a product is being exchanged, additional shipping costs will apply.  If you're seeking a refund, the amount will exclude any shipping costs.
